1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking any of our cleaning services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bee Clean LLC.

2. Description of Services

Bee Clean LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Aurora, Denver, and the surrounding metro areas of Colorado. Our services include, but are not limited to, residential cleaning, office cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, Airbnb and rental property cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and decluttering and organizing.

3. Booking & Scheduling

When you book a cleaning service with us, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your property, including address, square footage, and access instructions.
• Ensure safe and unobstructed access to your property at the scheduled time.
• Be present or designate an authorized adult to grant access to our cleaning team.
• Notify us of any hazardous conditions, fragile items, or special care requirements in advance.
• Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for cleaning services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. By providing payment information, you authorize Bee Clean LLC to charge the agreed amount for services rendered. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking.

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Service estimates provided in advance are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after inspection.
• A late payment fee may apply for invoices not paid within 7 days of the service date.
• Disputed charges must be reported within 5 business days of the invoice date.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: No charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service may apply.
• No-shows or lockouts (our team cannot access the property): Full service fee may be charged.
• Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance will be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not fully satisfied with the results of your cleaning service:

• Contact us within 24 hours of service completion to report any concerns.
• We will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost.
• Our guarantee applies to services performed by Bee Clean staff and does not cover pre-existing conditions or items outside our standard scope of work.
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bee Clean LLC carries general liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage to your property caused by our staff during the performance of services, we will review the claim and take appropriate action. However:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items of extraordinary value unless disclosed in advance.
• Our liability for any single incident shall not exceed the total cost of the specific cleaning service rendered.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Prohibited Activities

When using our website or services, you agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information when booking services.
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt any part of our website or systems.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any Bee Clean employee or contractor.
• Solicit our employees or contractors directly for private services outside of the Bee Clean platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, graphics, and design — is the property of Bee Clean LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were last made. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
